Italian Herbed Zucchini
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound trimmed fresh zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1 teaspoon freshly minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Italian Seasoning Herb Blend (look for it in tubes in the produce section or online at gourmetgarden.com)
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the olive oil, zucchini, garlic, and herb blend to the pan.
- Cook the zucchini, stirring occasionally, until its tender and begins to brown in spots, 4 to 6 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
