Italian Herbed Zucchini

  1. Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the olive oil, zucchini, garlic, and herb blend to the pan.
  3. Cook the zucchini, stirring occasionally, until its tender and begins to brown in spots, 4 to 6 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
