Chocolate-Covered Potato Chips

  1. Line three baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, melt dark chocolate wafers in the microwave until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds so it doesnt burn.
  4. Remove bowl from microwave and dip chips halfway into chocolate.
  5. Place chips on a parchment paper lined tray to set.
  6. Repeat with the rest of the chips.
  7. Once chocolate is hardened, serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Notes: Potato chips will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three weeks.
