Chocolate-Covered Potato Chips
- 6 ounces, weight Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 1 bag (10 Oz. Size) Plain Wavy Potato Chips
- Line three baking trays with parchment paper.
- Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, melt dark chocolate wafers in the microwave until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds so it doesnt burn.
- Remove bowl from microwave and dip chips halfway into chocolate.
- Place chips on a parchment paper lined tray to set.
- Repeat with the rest of the chips.
- Once chocolate is hardened, serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Enjoy!
- Notes: Potato chips will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three weeks.
