Poor Man's Lamb Chop Casserole

  1. Brown chops in your George Foreman to remove most fat.
  2. Mix brown sugar, ginger, curry powder, crumbled stock cube, tomato sauce & hot water together.
  3. Pour over chops.
  4. Cover & simmer for 1 1/2 hours, or until chops are tender.
  5. Skim any fat from the surface using a ladle or paper towels.
  6. Mix cornflour & water together.
  7. Stir into meat & bring to the boil.
  8. Serve with mash & steamed vegetables.
  9. Enjoy!
