Simply Perfect Smoothie

• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• 6 ounces strawberries, raspberry or 6 ounces mixed berry yogurt
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon crystal light drink mix strawberry, orange, banana flavor

1. Place all ingrediants in blender and mix until smooth!
2. Pour in glass and enjoy!
