Rustic Mashed Potatoes
- 8 large Golden Yukon potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 salt & pepper
- Chop up potatoes with the skin on & boil in water until fork tender then drain water from pot
- Put flame on medium low & add butter and milk & roughly mash until absorbed
- Add garlic powder, salt, pepper & cheese & roughly mash
- Potatoes should creamy & smooth around the lumps
- Eat & enjoy
