Rustic Mashed Potatoes

  1. Chop up potatoes with the skin on & boil in water until fork tender then drain water from pot
  2. Put flame on medium low & add butter and milk & roughly mash until absorbed
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper & cheese & roughly mash
  4. Potatoes should creamy & smooth around the lumps
  5. Eat & enjoy
