Grilled Mojo BBQ Pork

  1. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag.
  2. Cut each of 2 oranges into 4 wedges; squeeze over meat to release juices.
  3. Add squeezed wedges and all remaining ingredients except barbecue sauce to bag.
  4. Seal bag; turn to evenly coat meat with dressing mixture.
  5. Refrigerate overnight to marinate.
  6. Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit.
  7. Close lid; heat grill to 350 degrees F. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade ingredients in bag; place meat on large sheet of heavy-duty foil.
  8. Top with onions, orange wedges and reserved marinade; fold foil to make packet.
  9. Discard plastic bag.
  10. Place packet on grate over unlit area; cover grill with lid.
  11. Grill packet 1-1/2 hours or until meat is done (145 degrees F), monitoring for consistent grill temperature.
  12. Remove meat from packet; place on grill grate.
  13. Discard foil, onions, orange wedges and marinade.
  14. Grill meat 10 min., turning and brushing occasionally with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
  15. Remove meat from grill.
  16. Cut remaining orange in half; squeeze over meat.
  17. Slice meat.
  18. Serve with remaining barbecue sauce.
