Sauteed Apple Slices With Whipped Cream

  2. In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Refrigerate.

  5. In a large bowl, combine the apple slices, erythritol and cinnamon and mix gently but well.

  7. Put the butter into a heavy skillet and start heating over a medium-low heat.

  9. Add the apple slices to the skillet when the butter is melted.
  10. Cover and saute over a low heat about 5-10 minutes, or when the apples are a bit soft but not completely soft.
  11. Mix gently once in a while.

  13. Place the hot apple slices into dessert bowls and serve immediately with the whipped cream.
