Tomato And Ham Omelette

• 2 small roma tomato
• 2 slice ham
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp coconut oil or butter
• 1 dash dalt and pepper

1. In pan with oil pour beaten eggs and then layer slice ham and tomato with seasoning
2. Once eggs start to set fold omellette into half then off heat and serve
