Mexican Chicken Breast Dinner Recipe

  1. Marinate chicken overnight in Italian dressing.
  2. Cook on grill with bacon, bell pepper and onion.
  3. Place in flour tortilla; fold tortilla around filling and secure at top with toothpick.
  4. Top with Swiss cheese.
  5. Place on serving plate with Spanish rice and refried beans; sprinkle shredded cheese on beans.
  6. Heat in hot oven till cheese melts.
  7. Serve with Pico de Gallo relish.
