Macaroons

  1. Beat egg white until stiff but not dry.
  2. Fold in sweetener equivalent to 1 cup sugar.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfulls onto greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake 350F (180C) for 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan at once.
  7. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
