Cheesy Chicken Wings

  1. Mix salt and curry in a small cup and rub the chicken wings with the mixture.
  2. Put them in a large glass dish, pour the vinegar in and stir with your hands until the wings are coated in vinegar.
  3. Set the chicken wings in the fridge to marinate for 3 hours.
  4. When theyre ready to cook, remove them from the refrigerator.
  5. Preheat oven to 440 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  6. Place them in a well-greased deep roasting tin and send to the preheated oven.
  7. Cook for 20 minutes at 440 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  8. Meanwhile mix the butter and dry herbs.
  9. After 20 minutes remove the wings from the oven, smear with the butter/herbs mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Return them to the oven to cook for 10 minutes more.
  11. Serve hot cheesy chicken wings with dry wine!
