Cheesy Chicken Wings
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Curry
- 2 pounds Chicken Wings
- 1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 ounces, weight Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Dry Herbs Mix (basil, Dill, Parsley)
- 3- 1/2 ounces, weight Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- Mix salt and curry in a small cup and rub the chicken wings with the mixture.
- Put them in a large glass dish, pour the vinegar in and stir with your hands until the wings are coated in vinegar.
- Set the chicken wings in the fridge to marinate for 3 hours.
- When theyre ready to cook, remove them from the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 440 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Place them in a well-greased deep roasting tin and send to the preheated oven.
- Cook for 20 minutes at 440 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Meanwhile mix the butter and dry herbs.
- After 20 minutes remove the wings from the oven, smear with the butter/herbs mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
- Return them to the oven to cook for 10 minutes more.
- Serve hot cheesy chicken wings with dry wine!
