Glazed Orange Chicken Recipe
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned & deboned
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon J.D.'s Magic
- 1 1/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
- 1 tbsp. grated orange peel
- In large saucepan, heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook chicken breasts in oil till well browned.
- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar, marjoram, J.D.
- 's Magic.
- Gradually add in orange juice and stir till well blended.
- Pour over chicken in skillet and reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 min or possibly till chicken is done, turning chicken once during cooking and stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with orange peel.
