Cole Slaw
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 14 cup sugar
- 14 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (1 lb) bag coleslaw mix
- Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a small saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Place cole slaw mix in large bowl, toss with hot dressing.
- Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Serve or refrigerate.
