Moroccan Party Dip
- 1 garlic clove
- 14 cup chopped parsley
- 400 g canned chick-peas
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 8 teaspoons tahini paste
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- Chop garlic and parsley finely.
- Place garlic and parsley in a blender or food processor.
- Add chick peas, lemon juice, Tahini paste, salt and Tabasco sauce and process until very smooth.
- Approximately 1minute.
- Scrapping down the sides, as needed.
- Place dip in a serving bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Place bowl in the center of a large platter.
- Arrange prepared vegetables, pita wedges and pretzels and serve.
