Moroccan Party Dip

  1. Chop garlic and parsley finely.
  2. Place garlic and parsley in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add chick peas, lemon juice, Tahini paste, salt and Tabasco sauce and process until very smooth.
  4. Approximately 1minute.
  5. Scrapping down the sides, as needed.
  6. Place dip in a serving bowl.
  7. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. Place bowl in the center of a large platter.
  9. Arrange prepared vegetables, pita wedges and pretzels and serve.
