Campbell's Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 ounce) or possibly 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. minced pimiento (optional)
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 2 can tuna - (6 ounce ea) liquid removed and flaked
- 2 c. warm cooked medium egg noodles
- 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine melted
- Mix soup, lowfat milk, pimiento, peas, tuna and noodles in 1 1/2-qt casserole.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min or possibly till warm.
- Stir.
- Mix bread crumbs with margarine and sprinkle on top.
- Bake 5 min.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
