Charlie'S Barbecue Eggs
- bacon slices
- eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. A.1. sauce
- 1/2 tsp. picante sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Lea & Perrins
- dash of onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- dash of Season-All
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0 to 350u0b0.
- Take muffin pan and line each cup with 1 slice of bacon.
- Place pan and bacon in oven and cook until bacon is about 1/2 done (10 to 15 minutes).
- Remove from oven and break 1 egg into each section.
- Add all of the following seasonings and sauce on top of each egg:
- salt and pepper, A.1. sauce, picante sauce, Lea & Perrins, dash of onion flakes, catsup, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and dash of Season-All.
- Return to oven and cook until eggs are firm.
