Buckeyes

• 1 12 cups peanut butter
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 12 teaspoon vanilla
• 6 cups powdered sugar
• 1 (10 ounce) package chocolate bark, coating

1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
2. The dough will look dry.
3. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
4. Chill in freezer about 30 minutes.
5. Melt chocolate bark coating.
6. Using a toothpick, dip each ball in the chocolate, leaving a small portion of the peanut butter showing at the top to make them look like buckeyes.
7. Put back on the cookie sheet and refrigerate until serving.
