Falafels (Vegan)
- 450 g chickpeas (cooked)
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 onion (peeled)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (rounded)
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander (rounded)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh chopped)
- black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- mince onions and garlic put in a mixing bowl, grate or mash the chickpeas and add, together with remaining ingredinets apart from oil/.
- combine until it binds, take rounded desert spoonfuls of the mix, roll into balls in palm of hand.
- shallow fry in hot olive oil, drain on kitchen paper and serve warm with tatzkiki.
