Butterscotch Cheese Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In medium saucepan, melt chips and butter.
  3. When creamy add crumbs and nuts.
  4. Press one half of the mixture firmly into a well greased 9 X 13 pan.
  5. In a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy, beat in milk, vanilla and egg.
  6. Pour over cust and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
  9. Refrigerate leftovers.
  10. These bars freeze well.
