Caramelized Onion & Olive Tart
- 2 large sweet onions, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
- 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 12 cup pitted Kalamata olives, cut in half
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Cook onions in dressing in large covered skillet on medium-low heat 25 min.
- or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Cool.
- Roll pastry into 12-inch square on lightly floured surface.
- Place in 15x10x1-inch pan.
- Spread with cream cheese spread to within 1 inch of edges; top with onions and remaining ingredients.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until pastry is golden brown.
- Serve warm or cooled to room temperature.
