Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 box vanilla Junket ice cream mix
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 gallon whole lowfat milk
- For 5-qt ice cream freezer.
- Beat Large eggs.
- Add in sugar and mix well.
- Add in Junket, canned lowfat milk and vanilla and mix again.
- Add in salt and stir in well.
- Pour mix into freezer can of ice cream freezer.
- Add in whole lowfat milk to fill line.
- Attach dasher and lid; fill outer container with ice and rock salt.
- Plug in (if you have the electric kind) or possibly hand crank.
- When it's impossible to turn, it is done.
