Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

• 4 Large eggs
• 1 box vanilla Junket ice cream mix
• 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 tbsp. vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 gallon whole lowfat milk

1. For 5-qt ice cream freezer.
2. Beat Large eggs.
3. Add in sugar and mix well.
4. Add in Junket, canned lowfat milk and vanilla and mix again.
5. Add in salt and stir in well.
6. Pour mix into freezer can of ice cream freezer.
7. Add in whole lowfat milk to fill line.
8. Attach dasher and lid; fill outer container with ice and rock salt.
9. Plug in (if you have the electric kind) or possibly hand crank.
10. When it's impossible to turn, it is done.
