Buffalo Style Empanadas
- 34 lb lean ground beef
- 13 cup chopped green onion
- 13 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 (16 1/3 ounce) cangrands refrigerator biscuits
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 12 cup ranch salad dressing, optional for dipping
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
- Drain, add onions, sauce and mix well.
- Remove from heat.
- Seperate dough into 8 biscuits.
- Press or roll each to form a 6 inch round.
- Spoon beef mixture evenly onto half of each biscuit round.
- Top each with 2 tablespoons of cheese.
- Fold dough over filling, press edges to seal.
- Place on an ungreased large cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with ranche dressing for dipping.
