Slow-Cooker Apple Crisp

  1. Mix dry pudding mix, 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Toss fruit with 1/4 cup butter in large bowl.
  3. Add pudding mixture; mix lightly.
  4. Spoon into slow cooker; cover with lid.
  5. Cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours (or HIGH 2 to 3 hours).
  6. Meanwhile, combine chopped wafers, nuts, remaining butter and sugar in shallow microwaveable dish.
  7. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  8. ; stir.
  9. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 min.
  10. or until golden brown, stirring every 30 sec.
  11. Cool.
  12. Sprinkle with nut mixture just before serving.
