Pork Chops With Onions

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer to an ungreased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
  4. In the drippings, saute onions until tender.
  5. Spoon over chops; add broth.
  6. Cover and bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
  7. Remove pork chops and onions; keep warm.
  8. In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir in pan juices.
  9. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
  10. Serve with pork and onions.
