Parcel of Stuffed Trout

  1. Mix Philly* with the capers, lemon rind, salt and pepper.
  2. Stuff the cavity of the fish with Philly* mix.
  3. Place trout into a large piece of foil; pour 2 teaspoons lemon juice over each fish.
  4. Wrap into a parcel and bake at 180C for 10 minutes, then open foil for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with salad greens.
