Sloppy Joe Pizza

  1. Mix water, yeast and sweetener, let sit 5 minutes.
  2. Mix vinegar and milk, microwave on HI 30 seconds (will come out gloppy), add to water.
  3. Add flours, knead 8 minutes.
  4. Roll out on cookie sheet or pizza pan, bake 350F (180C) F for about 13 minutes.
  5. Take out of the oven.
  6. Cover with 1/2 jar Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce (one of the m**tless varieties, of course), cooked onions, peppers, mushrooms.
  7. Then place BTB topping (recipe below), put back in 350F (180C) F oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until crust is done.
  8. Slice and eat.
  9. (Vegans, if you can come up with a substitute for inchbuttermilk inch, your posting would be appreciated.)
  10. BTB Topping: Mix ingredients, let sit 15 minutes.
  11. Crumble up and saute in Pammed pan until brown, with browned onions.
  12. Can add 13 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon mustard 2 tablespoons molasses or other sweetener garlic, red pepper.
  13. to taste.
  14. Mix, then mix into crumbles.
  15. Place on top of pizza above, or mix with barbecue sauce for sloppy joe.
