Greek Spinach Quiche Recipe
- Pie crust for 9-inch pan
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 4 tbsp. grated Romano cheese
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pie crust.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 3 min.
- Remove from oven and prick with fork.
- Bake for 5 min.
- Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
- Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well.
- Pour mix into prepared pastry shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or possibly till set.
- Let stand 10 min.
