Peppery Chicken Wings Recipe

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Separate the chicken wings at the joint and remove and throw away the wing tips.
  3. In a medium size bowl combine the peanut oil and cayenne pepper; add in the chicken wings and turn till well coated.
  4. Place the chicken wings on the broiler pan rack and broil about 8 inch from the heat, turning occasionally till crisp and golden brown about 20 min.
  5. Meanwhile prepare the dip in a medium size bowl.
  6. Whisk together the yogurt, buttermilk, blue cheese, onion and vinegar, transfer to a small serving bowl.
  7. Set the dip in the center of a hot round platter and arrange the broiled chicken wings around it.
  8. Serves 8.
