Crisco's Pumpkin Pie

  1. In large bowl, beat eggs with brown sugar, heavy cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  2. Stir in pumpkin puree.
  3. Pour in pie shell.
  4. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Filling should jiggle slightly.
  6. Cool completely on a rack.
  7. (Note - for best results, refrigerate overnight before serving.)
  8. Serve at room temperature with whipped cream.
