One Pot French Pork Bake

  1. Brown pork chops in oil in large frypan over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir in kielbasa, carrot, onion and garlic, cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add broth and spices.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Cover and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes or until meat is tender.
  6. Stir in beans.
  7. Mix flour with water.
  8. Stir into pan.
  9. Cook 5 minutes more, until sauce is thickened.
  10. Remove bay leaf and serve.
