Frozen Tortoni Cream

  1. Whip cream cheese with sugar until light.
  2. Beat in Amarreto.
  3. Whip cream until light.
  4. Fold into cream cheese base.
  5. Gently fold in finely chopped peanut brittle.
  6. Pipe or spoon mixture into 8 gold or silver foil large muffin cups.
  7. Freeze 2 hours or until frozen.
  8. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Sprinkle with orange or lemon peel.
