Beef & Beer Stew

  1. Flour and season stew meat.
  2. add oil to large pot and brown stew meat.
  3. stir in soup and beer.
  4. add cut up veggies.
  5. cover and simmer on low for 3 hours.
  6. hint: we desire more gravy so i double the soup and beer.
  7. enjoy!
