Crunchy Filled Cinnamon Rolls
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup trail mix maple nut and brown sugar cereal
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place butter and brown sugar in medium microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
- Add cereal and cinnamon; mix well.
- Place pastry sheet on floured surface; roll out to 14x12-inch rectangle.
- Spread evenly with cereal mixture.
- Roll up, starting at one of the long sides.
- Cut into 12 slices.
- Place1 slice, cut-side up, in each of 12 medium muffin cups.
- Bake 12 to 15 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Remove to wire rack; cool 5 min.
- Mix powdered sugar and juice until well blended.
- Drizzle over rolls.
- Serve warm.
