Cabbage and Corn Stir Fried In Butter
- 250 grams Cabbage leaves
- 50 grams Corn kernels
- 30 to 40 grams Butter
- 1 dash each Salt and pepper
- Take off the cabbage leaves one by one, and cut out any hard cores.
- The cabbage leaves are best when big, so cut in half or in thirds.
- Wash the leaves quickly and pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the cabbage.
- Stir fry until the butter coats the leaves.
- When the cabbage has wilted add the corn and continue stir frying.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- When the cabbage has nicely browned it's done.
