Cabbage and Corn Stir Fried In Butter

  1. Take off the cabbage leaves one by one, and cut out any hard cores.
  2. The cabbage leaves are best when big, so cut in half or in thirds.
  3. Wash the leaves quickly and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the cabbage.
  5. Stir fry until the butter coats the leaves.
  6. When the cabbage has wilted add the corn and continue stir frying.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. When the cabbage has nicely browned it's done.
