Slightly Creamy Cheesecake
- 100 grams Cream cheese
- 150 ml Heavy cream (non-dairy heavy cream is ok)
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cake flour
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 dash Vanilla oil or vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 Blueberries (I highly recommend them!)
- Add the cream cheese into a bowl.
- Add the sugar, egg, and heavy cream, then mix with a whisk until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Add the lemon juice, vanilla oil (or vanilla extract), and cake flour.
- Since the amount of the flour is so small, use a tea strainer to sift.
- Pour into the molds, and bake for 10 minutes at 170C.
- Then turn down the temperature to 160C and bake for another 20 ~ 30 minutes until lightly browned.
- It's tasty to add blueberries to the batter.
- When cooled, put in the fridge to chill, and it's done!
