Cowboy Chow

  1. Put all ingredients in a crock pot on low (my chicken is usually frozen).
  2. Cook on low all day.
  3. Stir and cut up chicken after it has cooked.
  4. Serve over brown rice if you want to be really healthy, or serve over Fritos (my favorite).
  5. Sprinkle with cheese, sour cream, olives, tomatoes, green onions etc.
  6. Enjoy!
