Creamy Broccoli Tater Soup

  1. Peel and dice potatoes into bite size pieces.
  2. Chop onion into bite size pieces.
  3. Combine the potatoes, onion, and butter into large pot.
  4. Pour water over until mixture is just covered.
  5. Gently boil uncovered until potatoes are tender.
  6. Do not drain.
  7. Add soup, cream cheese, and desired amount of cheddar cheese.
  8. Let all the cheeses melt.
  9. Stirring often.
  10. Enjoy with your favorite toppings or as is.

  12. bacon is really good crumbled on top.
