Creamy Broccoli Tater Soup
- 1 Onion
- 1 packages Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 5 medium sized Potatoes
- 1 packages Cream Cheese
- Peel and dice potatoes into bite size pieces.
- Chop onion into bite size pieces.
- Combine the potatoes, onion, and butter into large pot.
- Pour water over until mixture is just covered.
- Gently boil uncovered until potatoes are tender.
- Do not drain.
- Add soup, cream cheese, and desired amount of cheddar cheese.
- Let all the cheeses melt.
- Stirring often.
- Enjoy with your favorite toppings or as is.

- bacon is really good crumbled on top.
