Salmon Carpaccio with Pink Peppercorns
- 150 grams Sashimi quality salmon
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Baby greens (for garnishing)
- 1 Herb salt or salt
- 1 Olive oil
- 2 full teaspoons White wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Lemon juice (any citrus fruit juice, ok)
- 1 Pink peppercorns
- Finely slice the onions, submerge in water, drain, and scatter on a plate.
- Slice the salmon and arrange the onions.
- Sprinkle herb salt on the mixture, drizzle the ingredients, and top with peppercorns.
