Breakfast Souffle' Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh bulk pork sausage
- 8 slices bacon, minced
- 9 Large eggs
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 slices bread, cut in cubes
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Prepare the night before.
- Brown bacon and sausage together; drain well.
- Whisk Large eggs, lowfat milk and mustard; add in bacon and sausage.
- Mix in cheese and bread cubes.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serves 12.
- Comments: Great for overnight company - even the in-laws!
