Smokey Guacamole

  1. Cut avocados in half all the way around, length wise.
  2. (Use the tip of a sharp knife to pull out the seed).
  3. Use a spoon to gently scoop out the avocado.
  4. Dice the avocado in large chunks and add to a bowl.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and toss without completely mashing the avocado.
  6. Serve with chips or as a condiment.
