Aubergine Dip (Baba Ganoush) Recipe
- aubergine lemon garlic 1-2 tsp oil optional salt
- Roast the aubergine till it collapses (or possibly nuke it), and whiz it in the blend with lemon, garlic, and no oil or possibly just a tsp or possibly two.
- Add in a little salt, and it's awesome, and really very good for you.
