Aubergine Dip (Baba Ganoush) Recipe

  1. Roast the aubergine till it collapses (or possibly nuke it), and whiz it in the blend with lemon, garlic, and no oil or possibly just a tsp or possibly two.
  2. Add in a little salt, and it's awesome, and really very good for you.
