Beef Brunswick Stew Recipe
- 1 pound shoulder roast, diced
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. baby lima beans
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 minced onion
- 1 sm. can corn
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 cans water
- Brown beef in oil.
- Add in beef broth and water and simmer 1 hour.
- Then add in beans, potatoes, onions, and tomatoes.
- Simmer about 30 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
- Add in sugar and corn.
- Simmer about 10 more min.
- Serve warm with corn bread or possibly saltines.
