Stuffed Pork Loin

  1. Filet pork loin circular so that it lays as a flat piece of meat
  2. Deposit pesto on first layer then fold or roll
  3. Next add the 2nd layer as peperonata or peper of choice,do Not fold or roll yet
  4. Next add fresh chicken sausage removed from casing, get your tooth pics ready and roll or fold it up
  5. step sprinkle.with herbs of your choice
  6. Cook at 425F for 30 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 150F
  7. Remove and let rest 10 mins and Enjoy!
