Balsamic Chicken
- 10 tablespoons, 7 pinches Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 2 pieces Chicken Breast
- 3 pieces Red Onions
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 13 tablespoons, 1- 1/2 teaspoons, 1- 1/4 pinches Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sage
- Cook the vinegar with the sugar until it has a creamy texture.
- Slice the chicken and the onions into strips.
- In a pan, heat the oil and first fry the onions; set aside.
- Fry the chicken in the same pan until lightly browned.
- Add the onions, balsamic reduction and the whipping cream.
- Boil up and reduce the heat.
- Add the spices and enjoy with some pasta.
