Balsamic Chicken

  1. Cook the vinegar with the sugar until it has a creamy texture.
  2. Slice the chicken and the onions into strips.
  3. In a pan, heat the oil and first fry the onions; set aside.
  4. Fry the chicken in the same pan until lightly browned.
  5. Add the onions, balsamic reduction and the whipping cream.
  6. Boil up and reduce the heat.
  7. Add the spices and enjoy with some pasta.
