Oil & Egg-Free Scones

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C (190C is fine, depending on the oven).
  2. Combine the ingredients in a bowl using a whisk.
  3. Add the yogurt, and mix with a spoon.
  4. Bring the dough together by hand, and press it down until it's about 2 cm thick.
  5. Cut into 5-6 portions using a knife or dough scraper, and arrange on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes at 190C, and it's done.
  7. It's crispy on the outside and moist on the inside thanks to the yogurt.
  8. Done.
  9. It puffed up 2-3 times its height.
  10. It looks like this when you break it apart.
  11. Serve with jam or whipped cream for a fancy snack.
