Canadian Bl Tea Sandwich Recipe
- 4 slc Atkins Bakery Country White Bread crusts removed
- 1 Tbsp. full-fat mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh tarragon
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 2 slc Canadian bacon cooked Romaine lettuce leaf
- 1/2 sm tomato thinly sliced Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- With a rolling pin, flatten the bread.
- Mix mayonnaise, tarragon and mustard; spread on bread slices.
- Top 2 bread slices each with half the Canadian bacon, half the lettuce, half the tomato slices and pepper to taste.
- Top each with a slice of bread.
- Cut each sandwich in quarters on the diagonal.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
