Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
- 1- 1/2 pound Round Steak, Cut Into 1-inch Pieces
- 8 ounces, weight Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 cup Onion, Sliced
- 1 cup Celery, Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 14- 1/2 ounces, weight Fire Roasted, Diced Tomatoes
- 8 ounces, weight Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cups Water
- 78 ounces, weight Brown Gravy Mix Package
- 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- In a 4-6 quart slow cooker, combine steak, mushrooms, onion, celery, and garlic.
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, gravy mix, salt and pepper.
- Pour over the steak mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
