Cheesy Crumb-Topped Pork Chops for Two

  1. Pour 3 Tbsp.
  2. dressing over chops in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chop.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Heat oven to 400F.
  6. Mix remaining dressing and all remaining ingredients until blended.
  7. Drain chops; discard marinade.
  8. Place chops in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; press cracker mixture onto chops.
  9. Bake 20 min.
  10. or until done (145F).
  11. Let stand 3 min.
  12. before serving.
