Green Monster

• 1/2 cup water
• 1 large handful baby spinach
• 1 cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
• 1 small banana(preferably frozen)
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 tbsp ground flax seed
• 5 ice cubes

1. Place spinach,water and milk in a blender and blend for at least 30 seconds.
2. Add all remaining ingredients!
