Creamy Potato Salad
- 15 Baby potatoes
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup Lady's Choice Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 tbsp Salt
- Boil potatoes and eggs until tender.
- Be sure to put salt before boiling.
- Let it sit.
- Dice bacons and fry until crispy or how you want it to be.
- Cut potatoes into half and chop eggs into small pieces.
- Combine eggs, potatoes, bacon, mayonnaise and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Add salt if you feel the need to.
- Serve and enjoy!
